  3. Encourage Diverse Participation and Gender Balance
    1. Ensure gender balance within the target groups, including students and teachers, addressing gender gaps in both teaching and game development sectors.
    2. Actively recruit participants from underrepresented groups, including women in game development and men in teaching professions.
    3. All consortium members have their own gender policy plans, which will be implemented throughout the project.
    4. Disregard nationality or belonging to a minority or ethnic group is guaranteed in the project’s implementation and the involvement of target groups.

    3. The consortium will take immediate and decisive action in response to any violations of these codes of conduct.
